  • What is a Process Server?

    Process Servers are individuals who give legal notice to a party requiring them to respond to a proceeding scheduled to be held before a court, government body, or tribunal. 

  • Can an Individual Refuse Service?

    No. If an individual attempts to refuse service, the Process Server is authorized to place the documents with the individual and consider them served regardless if the individual agrees.

  • What is a Court Runner?

    A Court Runner is an Individual usually employed by a Process Serving or Paralegal Company or a Law Firm to File their Documents with the Clerk's Office.
